Allowed Species: Market squid by hand-held dip net, pelagic finfish
by hook-and-line or by spearfishing, and white seabass by spearfishing.
Prohibited Species: All marine aquatic plants. Invertebrates, EXCEPT market squid. Finfish, EXCEPT pelagic finfish
and white seabass.
Allowed Species: Pelagic finfish
by hook-and-line, and swordfish by harpoon.
Prohibited Species: All marine aquatic plants. All invertebrates. All finfish EXCEPT pelagic finfish
