Boundaries: This area is bounded by the mean high tide line and straight lines connecting the following points in the order listed:

35° 37.100' N. lat. 121° 09.225' W. long.;
35° 37.100' N. lat. 121° 10.700' W. long.;
35° 32.850' N. lat. 121° 06.700' W. long.; and
35° 32.850' N. lat. 121° 05.855' W. long.
