Boundaries: This area is bounded by the mean high tide line and straight lines connecting the following points in the order listed:

38° 40.500' N. lat. 123° 25.345' W. long.;
38° 40.500' N. lat. 123° 25.500' W. long.;
38° 37.500' N. lat. 123° 23.500' W. long.; and
38° 37.543' N. lat. 123° 22.924' W. long.

Recreational Fishing

Allowed Species: From shore only: Finfish by hook-and-line, finfish specified in Section 28.80 by handheld dip net, surf smelt by beach net. Invertebrates. Marine aquatic plants (except sea palm).

Prohibited Species: Sea palm. Finfish EXCEPT, from shore only, finfish by hook-and-line, finfish specified in Section 28.80 by handheld dip net, surf smelt by beach net.

Commercial Fishing

Allowed Species: None

Prohibited Species: All

Other Regulations: It is unlawful to injure, damage, take, or possess any living, geological, or cultural marine resource for commercial and/or recreational purposes, except for those listed above.

Note that state and federal sport fishing regulations apply in addition to MPA regulations.
