Boundaries: This area is bounded by the mean high tide line and straight lines connecting the following points in the order listed except where noted:

34° 02.306' N. lat. 118° 53.000' W. long.;
33° 59.140' N. lat. 118° 53.000' W. long.; thence southeastward along the three nautical mile offshore boundary to
33° 56.960' N. lat. 118° 49.200' W. long.; and
34° 00.760' N. lat. 118° 49.200' W. long.

Recreational Fishing

Allowed Species: White seabass and Pelagic finfish by spearfishing.

Prohibited Species: All marine aquatic plants. All invertebrates. Finfish, EXCEPT white seabass and pelagic finfish.

Commercial Fishing

Allowed Species: Coastal pelagic species by round haul net, brail gear and light boat; and swordfish by harpoon.

Prohibited Species: All marine aquatic plants. All invertebrates EXCEPT market squid. All finfish EXCEPT coastal pelagic finfish species and swordfish.

Other Regulations: It is unlawful to injure, damage, take, or possess any living, geological, or cultural marine resource for commercial and/or recreational purposes, except for those listed above.

Note that state and federal sport and commercial fishing regulations apply in addition to MPA regulations.
