Boundaries: This area is bounded by the mean high tide line and straight lines connecting the following points in the order listed:

34° 26.517' N. lat. 119° 58.000' W. long.;
34° 25.000' N. lat. 119° 58.000' W. long.;
34° 25.000' N. lat. 119° 56.000' W. long.; and
34° 26.140' N. lat. 119° 56.000' W. long.

Recreational Fishing

Allowed Species: Recreational take of white seabass and Pelagic finfish by spearfishing.

Prohibited Species: All aquatic plants. All invertebrates. Finfish EXCEPT pelagic finfish including pacific bonito, and white seabass.

Commercial Fishing

Allowed Species: Giant kelp by hand harvest, or mechanical harvest if duplicate landing records are kept aboard the vessel in accordance with the requirements of Section 165.

Prohibited Species: All aquatic plants EXCEPT giant kelp. All invertebrates. All finfish.

Other Regulations: It is unlawful to injure, damage, take, or possess any living, geological, or cultural marine resource for commercial and/or recreational purposes, except for those listed above.

Note that state and federal sport and commercial fishing regulations apply in addition to MPA regulations.
