You have just taken your trophy and what comes next, We have a clinic for you, Game Care and Cooking Clinic. Learn how to make the most of what you have harvested including parts that are usually left in the field like heart, liver and ribs. The clinic will include demonstrations on game care, at home butchering and cooking. Several recipes for big game, upland game and waterfowl will be cooked and available for you to sample. Ever want to try coot fajitas? Now is your chance! A wild game cook book will provided to students.
Space is limited to 25 people so please register early. Cost: $45. 16 years and younger are free but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
